FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. Please be mindful that processing times increase during large sales (20%+ off, free shipping, etc). Processing times are not included in your shipping estimate. Please allow up to 4 -7 BUSINESS days (not including weekends) after receipt of payment for your hair to arrive to you.
We require a signature confirmation to ensure your order arrives at the correct destination. If you need your hair next day, we offer overnight service as well. Please email us before placing your order to utilize next day and overnight shipping services. Orders placed over the weekend (including Friday after 5:00 PM) will begin being processed first thing Monday morning, unless it is a holiday. Please allow for additional processing time during ALL special promotions and sales events.
All packages are sent with signature confirmation. If a package cannot be tracked and has not been delivered by the estimated delivery date, please wait an extra 5 business days for it to arrive or for the status online to change. Although this is very rare it CAN happen. Please make certain the shipping address listed on your order is accurate. We do not cover lost packages.
We recommend all persons ordering have an active PayPal account. Orders will only be sent to a confirmed PayPal address, so we do recommend all persons confirm addresses via PayPal before ordering. We are not responsible for failures to confirm or update current PayPal addresses.
All goods ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) and we will not make any attempts or fulfill any request to ship with any other shipping company. There is currently not an option for expedited shipping on any purchase from Lavender Hair Collection.
All goods will receive a tracking number via email from USPS.com and/or Lavender Hair Collection LLC via PayPal within 24 hours after shipment that will allow them to track and expected delivery of goods.
All shipping comes with signature confirmation and you MUST sign for the package.
Do not wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement please plan to place your order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. Holidays include New Years Day, MLK Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and all other observed national U.S Holidays. If your package is delayed, we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please confirm the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the fee the carrier charges us to make the correction.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

Return & Exchange Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There will be no returns available. (NO REFUNDS)
