Welcome to Lavender Hair Collection, LLC’s, a limited liability company (“Lavender Hair Collection,” also referred to herein as “us,” “we” and “our”) website at www.lavenderhaircollection.net (the “Site”). We appreciate your interest in making product purchases (“Products”) through the Site.
We have created this privacy policy to demonstrate our commitment to the privacy of our visitors and customers. We are committed to respecting your privacy and recognizing your need for appropriate protection and management of personally identifiable information (“PII”) you share with us. (The phrases “personally identifiable information” and “personal information” mean any information by which you, individually, can be identified, such as your name, address, telephone number, username or password for a different site, photograph, etc., whether alone or in combination with other information provided by you or that may be available publicly or from other sources.) You may visit the home page and a few pages of the Site containing general information without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. We may track the Internet domain address from which you visit the Site and analyze this data for trends and statistics.
When you use a service or purchase a Product, we may ask you to provide personal information about yourself, including but not limited to your name, company, address, telephone number(s), email addresses. Whether you choose or not to provide the information we request is entirely up to you. But if you choose not to provide the information we request, you may be unable to access certain services, Products, offers, and content on the Site.
Communication & Marketing
If you have made a purchase from the Site, we may occasionally update you on our latest products and offers via e-mail. You will also be given the opportunity to receive such communications from us and selected third parties when you become a member of lavenderhaircollection.net.
All Lavender Hair Collection members have the options to unsubscribe from marketing communications from us. If you do not wish to continue to receive e-mails from us and/or selected third parties, you may opt-out by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in any emails which we might send you which will then suspend your e-mail notifications.
Collection and Use of Personal Information
When available, we automatically collect information about your computer configuration, such as your browser type, operating system, IP address or ISP domain name, and navigational and clickstream data that shows what pages are visited and how long various features are used. Once you are a registered user or provide PII, this information is linked to you personally.
If you believe that any of your PII is incorrect, or has been changed since your registration on the Site, please send an email message to lavenderhaircollection@gmail.com explaining the correction or change and provide any relevant confirmation or reference number.
We use the foregoing information to provide the Services, including completing and supporting the immediate activity requested, complete transactions for and deliver Products, provide you with information you have requested, provide you with information regarding the status of your account, provide you with information regarding Offerings, including future Products and Services that may suit your particular interests, customize and personalize content to you, administer and run the Site, and comply with any requirements of law.
